D.B Woodside, best known for his role as the eldest angel “Amenadiel” in Netflix’s devilish fantasy comic-drama, Lucifer, is set to join co-star Tricia Helfer, Alexander Calvert, Dominic Sherwood and Alberto Rosende at Oz Comic-Con Melbourne on 8th and 9th June.
The hit-series, which was cast out by Fox and promptly resurrected by Netflix after fans raised hell with an international #SaveLucifer campaign, will be bringing its signature brand of sin to attendees with the show’s star set to participate in panels each day at the event. Fans will also have the chance to meet Woodside for photographs and autographs.
Woodside will join previously announced guests including fellow Lucifer cast member Tricia Helfer also known as the humanoid “Cylon Number Six” in Battlestar Galactica, Alexander Calvert best known for playing “Nephilim” in Supernatural and “Anarky” in the hit series Arrow and Dominic Sherwood and Alberto Rosende who play “Jace Wayland” and “Simon Lewis” in the beloved TV series Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments, with more guests to be announced in the coming weeks.
In addition to Lucifer, Woodside has previously appeared in hit TV series including cult supernatural favourite Buffy The Vampire Slayer as the son of the original slayer “Principal Robin Wood”, as “Jeff Malone” in USA Network’s flagship series Suits, and as “President Wayne Palmer” in the Emmy Award-winning 24.
